Radiant Care and Support was born from a desire to change the narrative. After 14 years in the industry, our founder Amanda saw a common theme: massive corporate models treating participants as just numbers on a spreadsheet, prioritizing volume of services over the actual quality of personal care.

We knew there had to be a better way. A way that genuinely prioritized empathetic, person-centered care. We built a fully NDIS-compliant company from scratch, grounded in genuine human connection, strong advocacy, and a deep understanding of very complex needs.
